All of our products are made by Korean companies that easily accessible and also often used by Koreans. In addition, we are always trying to find products that are currently popular in Korea.
All of our products are packaged by our staffs in our office(warehouse) in Seoul, South Korea.
We process our customer's order as soon as we can, so if something gets wrong in the order or need to cancel it, please contact us using E-mail or 1:1 chat within 30 minutes after place the order and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations can be made after 30 minutes.
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. please note that we can't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Korean holidays. Orders placed on weekennds or holidays will started to be processed on the next business day.
